Of the top five most-streamed TV shows in the UK in March, four are long-running American sitcoms that have not seen a new episode in years. Friends took top spot, with 55.6m streams by 1.9m viewers, up a spot from February when it was the second-most-streamed show. The Big Bang Theory came second with 46.5m streams by 1.1m viewers, making it the most binged show of the month. The Office and Brooklyn Nine-Nine came in fourth and fifth place this month. Serial killer drama You was streamed 43.6m times, giving it third place, one rank up from last month.
Prime Video’s Clarkson’s Farm has fallen to ninth spot after being the most streamed show in February. The reality program follows Jeremy Clarkson’s efforts at running a large farm in the Cotswolds. The only documentary to make the most-streamed top ten this month is MH370, a documentary mini-series about the Malaysian Airlines flight that mysteriously disappeared in 2014.
