According to data from YouGov BrandIndex, which tracks perceptions toward brands on a daily basis, Netflix registered the biggest increase in Advertising Awareness for January 2025 of all brands YouGov tracks in Norway. The US-American streaming service saw an uplift of 9.8 percentage points in the observation period, rising from 18.4% to 28.2%.
FINN.no follows with a 7.0 percentage point increase, moving from 23.9% to 31.0%. Trivago rounds out the top three with a gain of 6.9 percentage points, rising from 5.8% to 12.7%.
Methodology: BrandIndex collects data on thousands of brands every day. A brand’s Ad Awareness score is based on the question: “Which of the following consumer brands have you seen an advertisement for in the past two weeks?” and delivered as a percentage.
