
March Advertisers of the month in Sweden: Netflix, Spotify and Volkswagen
According to data from YouGov BrandIndex, which tracks perceptions toward brands on a daily basis, Netflix registered the biggest increase in Advertising Awareness for February 2025 of all brands YouGov tracks in Sweden. The US-American streaming service saw an uplift of 11.8 percentage points in the observation period, rising from 13.4% to 25.2%.
Spotify follows with a 7.5 percentage point increase, moving from 5.9% to 13.4%. Volkswagen rounds out the top three with a gain of 7.2 percentage points, rising from 15.2% to 22.4%.
Methodology: BrandIndex collects data on thousands of brands every day. A brand’s Ad Awareness score is based on the question: “Which of the following consumer brands have you seen an advertisement for in the past two weeks?” and delivered as a percentage.
