UK Automotive Ad of the Month: Range Rover
Range Rover is the UK’s Automotive Advertiser of the Month. With Ad Awareness scores – a measure of whether the public have seen an advertisement for a brand in the past two weeks – rising from 4.7 to 6.3 (+1.6), it saw a larger jump in this metric than any other automotive brand.
We may be able to tie this performance to the recent introduction of the new Range Rover Sport. Last month’s reveal event saw some of Land Rover’s top brass (as well as celebrities such as Anthony Joshua and James Corden) unveil the new third-generation vehicle. From the improvement in Ad Awareness scores, we can say that the unveiling has at least successfully captured the public’s attention – even if we cannot say for sure how this will benefit the brand or translate into sales just yet.
