As consumer banking moves increasingly online, are Americans sticking with traditional banks with well-known brand names, or are they opting for new digital-only banks?
Based on surveys of more than 36,000 Americans, YouGov’s new US consumer bank rankings report examines which banks have the most satisfied customers and which banks consumers are considering most when opening a new bank account.
The report also provides insight into the demographic profile of new bank account openers and what factors are most important to them when selecting a bank to open a new account.
