Godzilla x Kong, Dune and Poor Things are the most in-demand titles in America for the last half of March. The chart below comes from YouGov Signal, a social listening tool that tracks the performance of TV programs, movies, and brands. Appetite Score is a value from 0-100 that measures the demand for given titles by combining web searches and Wikipedia lookups. Here are the ones with the highest peak Appetite Scores among US audiences in the past two weeks.

Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire follows up on the 2021 Godzilla vs. Kong. While the two monsters initially skirmish, they eventually join forces with Mothra to fight a subterranean army of monsters. The MonsterVerse sequel debuted on March 25 and is the most in-demand title for the last half of March.

Dune and Dune II both remain in the top ten, though they have fallen in position. The original dropped one spot to number two whereas the most recent film fell five spots to number eight. The Oscars award show and big winner Oppenheimer also both remain in the top ten for the second fortnight in a row, declining only slightly in demand.

Damsel from Netflix is new to the list. The film stars Milly Bobby Brown as a dutiful damsel who is thrown into a dragon pit by her treacherous husband and his family as a sacrifice. She uses her wits and strength to escape then ally with the dragon and take revenge on her in-laws.

The UEFA Champions League tournament is back on the in-demand list with the close of the first round of the knockout phase and the drawing for the quarterfinals. Look for interest in the tournament to heat up as the June 1 final at Wembley Stadium approaches.
