Here are the ones with the highest peak Appetite Scores among British audiences in the past two weeks:
The UEFA Champions League continues its reign at the top of this in-demand list, which began in March. Holding onto second place is The Super Mario Bros. Movie. Asian-American grudge series Beef and rich-person comedy-drama Succession both climb one position to number three and six respectively. Action sequel John Wick 4 falls seven spots to number ten. This follows four consecutive weeks in the top three.
After two weeks off the top ten list, the UEFA Europa League is back at number five, one spot above where it placed in March 16-31.
Evil Dead Rise, the fifth installment in the Evil Dead film franchise, enters the most in-demand charts at number four. The franchise was created in 1981 by Sam Raimi with the low-budget cult classic The Evil Dead, in which a group of college students accidentally summon a demonic entity in an isolated cabin. The movie spawned several spinoffs, including five video games, several comic books and five motion pictures. Evil Dead Rise, directed by Lee Cronin, is the first in a decade and has had positive critical and audience reception. Originally planned as a streaming-only release on HBO Max, the film was switched to theatrical release after positive test screenings.
