Meet the team's leads
Ashley Grosse, Ph.D.
EVP Head of Academic and Public Affairs
Grosse is the managing director for the YouGov Scientific Research unit. She has nearly 30 years’ experience managing large, complex and methodologically demanding survey projects including her time managing the American National Election Studies (NES). She earned an M.A. and a Ph.D. from Washington State University.
Marissa Shih
Senior Vice President, SRG Academic & Political
Shih manages political and special research projects including 10 years managing the Cooperative Election Study. She works closely with clients advising on questionnaire design and set up, and also with YouGov's analytics and operations team overseeing programming, fielding and data delivery. She earned a B.S. in Cognitive Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Brad Jones, Ph.D.
Senior Research Director, Scientific Research
Jones is a methodologist for the Scientific Research Group. He assists clients with research and questionnaire development. Jones spent the first part of his career at Pew Research Center where he gained extensive survey research experience. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
