In today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape, the intersection of social media and e-commerce has given rise to a transformative phenomenon known as social commerce. How do consumers in Indonesia, Hong Kong and Singapore see these platforms?

Our study shows that 9 out of 10 consumers are aware of social commerce. While more than half of Hong Kong and Indonesian consumers are frequent buyers, only less than 4 out of 10 of consumers in Singapore are considered frequent buyers.
