New releases – Final Fantasy and Diablo – among the top Gaming Buzz Movers in June 2023
Final Fantasy XVI, which has been received positively by critics, also seems to have won over audiences. Among gamers in Britain, the franchise witnessed a 6.3-point increase in Buzz scores in June compared to average scores for the franchise in May. Final Fantasy also made a solid impression among audiences in the US.

Fortnite also gained 6.0 points in Buzz among gaming Britons, which may have had to do with the release of a fresh season – WILDS. Minecraft, which has been in the news over the upcoming movie adaptation by Warner Bros, also features in the British top three for June with a 5.7-point jump.
In the US, Animal Crossing took the first spot with a 3.8-point jump in Buzz scores. Diablo, which released its much anticipated latest release early in June, followed closely behind with a 3-point jump. Hearthstone (2.2) rounds off the list in the US.
