Sarika Rana, Agnietzka Hoffman and Richard Moller image

Sarika Rana, Director of Consumer Research, YouGov

Sarika Rana is the Head of Consumer Insights at YouGov UK, with over 20 years of experience across various industries and global markets. She and her team work with sectors like Retail, Supermarkets, Food & Beverages, and Travel, connecting various data sources to deliver insights that drive critical business decisions.


She is passionate about amplifying the consumer voice in marketing decisions and leads on designing & delivering tailored research programs to meet complex business goals. Before YouGov, Sarika led various teams in Nielsen, Ipsos, and Kantar. She began her career in India, moved to Egypt for a few years, and now lives in London. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling and spending time with her energetic 8-year-old.

Agnieska Hoffman, Research Director, YouGov

Agnieska Hoffman, is a Research Director sitting within the Consumer team at YouGov. She is an experienced researcher with over 15 years of experience.  She has a strong understanding of multichannel campaign effectiveness and digital campaign measurement as well as social listening and reputation. She has worked with clients across various sectors from telecoms to MFCG, working with global brands like Snap, Pinterest, Google, Verizon, Twitch, Samsung, Amazon, and Unilever.

She is passionate about delivering insights across categories and looking for consumer behaviour patterns that can help inform building effective campaign and brand strategy. She has recently taken up running and has a couple of 5k medals under her belt!

Richard Moller, Research Director, YouGov

Richard Moller, is a Research Director within Consumer. He has 20+ years of research experience working within both large and small research agencies but spent over 11 years of these at YouGov. He works across a multitude of sub-sectors within Consumer, utilizing a plethora of methodologies to effectively meet the needs of clients including health trackers, segmentations, and market assessments.

Recent brand collaborations include Deliveroo, M&S, The Hut Group, and Bridgestone. He enjoys going beyond the core results of studies, seeking to complement them with contextual findings to strengthen the narrative. He's also passionate about travelling, aiming to visit all 50 states in the USA (19 done and counting!).
