GB: Boohoo ran a pop-up shop in London for two days – What motivates its customers to purchase?
Online retailer Boohoo’s in-house team conceptualised a shopping experience in the form of a pop-up store in London. Open only for the 25-26 March 2023 weekend near Oxford Circus, the pop-up store offered Boohoo’s latest collections, personal styling sessions with influencer and fashion stylist Georgie Gray and more.

According to YouGov Profiles - which covers demographic, psychographic, attitudinal and behavioral consumer metrics - cheapest prices overall most motivated 28% of Boohoo’s customers.
The widest range of products (11%), best special offers (10%), best quality products (10%) and most fashionable items (9%) complete the top five list of the most motivating factors for Boohoo’s customers.
Cheapest prices overall (18%) and best quality products (15%) most motivated the general British population.
