Not so sure: Analyzing US Auto Insurance Switchers

YouGov recently published a large report on global automotive trends, examining the demographics, behaviors, and preferences of automotive consumers. Just as driving trends continue to change with consumer sentiment, so too does consumer behavior around auto insurance.

Using YouGov Profiles, a proprietary audience profiling and segmentation platform collecting 400,000 variables on 230,000 panelists, marketers and researchers can understand exactly who's switching insurance, where they can be reached with advertising, and what influences them to make decisions.

For instance, YouGov's reserach identified that Americans have increasingly used online platforms and price comparison websites to learn more about their insurance needs and offers.
