YouGov is delighted to announce the appointment of Kailash Nagdev as Managing Director of our research services based in Dubai. Kailash joins from Falcon and Associates, a strategic advisory company working on behalf of the Dubai leadership, where he was Director of Strategy.
His past work has included feasibility studies for major events including the Olympics, and policy advice on investments for governments and consultancies. Kailash was also part of the core team responsible for the UAE's successful bid for the World Expo 2020.
Commenting on his new role, Kailash said; "With young demographics and high GDP per capita in the GCC, consumer markets are set to witness strong growth. Consumers are also becoming increasingly sophisticated and the need for brands to better understand them is becoming ever greater. Growth will be further augmented by the region's focus on tourism and events such as the Expo 2020. With our online panel and product centric approach YouGov is at the forefront of understanding consumer opinions. Our belief in consumer-led decision-making informed by the largest online panel in MENA, will be fundamental for local and global brands looking to understand and attract regional consumers.
