Steve Hatch has been CEO since August 2023. He has over 30 years of experience leading high-growth marketing and media companies. He served as Facebook’s first Regional Director for the UK and later became Meta’s Vice President for Northern Europe. Hatch also has a strong background in strategy roles and has been involved in industry initiatives, advocating for cognitive diversity in the workplace. Previously the company was led by Stephan Shakespeare, one of the two founders.
