YouGov Report
YouGov has been tracking the attitudes of Nordic consumers to food, climate, and health for more than 15 years. This year’s report will offer answers to questions like:
- How has food consumption habits changed during the last year?
- How has the rising prices affected grocery consumption habits in the Nordics?
- How do consumers associate food and environmental issues?
- How many perceive themselves as lactose- or gluten intolerant, and how does it affect the purchase of lactose- or gluten-free products?
- How familiar are consumers with various food labelling symbols?
About the report
The report is conducted with a national representative sample of the population aged 18 years or older in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland.
The data collection was carried out in March 2023. One thousand interviews were conducted in each country.
