According to data from YouGov BrandIndex, which tracks perceptions toward brands on a daily basis, travel company On the Beach registered the biggest increase in Advertising Awareness for January 2025 of all brands YouGov tracks in the UK. It saw an uplift of 10.9 percentage points in the observation period.
Earlier in the month, On the Beach collaborated with TV personality Paddy McGuinness to help launch in the Irish market with a new campaign.
Center Parcs is the brand with the second-highest uptick in Ad Awareness. The holiday company released an advert, ‘Cherish every moment’. The company’s score increased from 6.2% on December 26, 2024, to 15.3% on January 25, 2025 (+9.1 percentage points).
Rounding up the top three brands with the biggest uplift in Ad Awareness in the UK is another travel brand, Booking.com. The online travel company saw a lift of 8.2 percentage points.
Methodology: BrandIndex collects data on thousands of brands every day. A brand’s Ad Awareness score is based on the question: “Which of the following consumer brands have you seen an advertisement for in the past two weeks?” and delivered as a percentage.
