Danish Advertisers of the month in January: Meny, Bilka and LEGO

According to data from YouGov BrandIndex, which tracks perceptions toward brands on a daily basis, Meny registered the biggest increase in Advertising Awareness for Dezember 2024 of all brands YouGov tracks in Denmark. The Norwegian and Danish supermarket chain saw an uplift of 8.5 percentage points in the observation period, rising from 11.4% to 19.8%.

Bilka follows with a 7.6 percentage point increase, moving from 19.8% to 27.4%. LEGO rounds out the top three with a gain of 7.5 percentage points, rising from 6.0% to 13.5%.

Methodology: BrandIndex collects data on thousands of brands every day. A brand’s Ad Awareness score is based on the question: “Which of the following consumer brands have you seen an advertisement for in the past two weeks?” and delivered as a percentage.
