Denmark’s Advertiser of the Month in December – Coca-Cola, Elgiganten and Lurpak
Coca-Cola saw the largest growth this month in terms of Ad Awareness in Denmark, followed by Elgiganten at number two and Lurpak in third place. According to YouGov BrandIndex data, which tracks brand perception on a daily basis, these three brands saw the highest increase in Ad Awareness during November.
The Ad Awareness question asks consumers if they have seen an advertisement for a brand in the previous two weeks, and the difference in scores (highest vs lowest) for the month determines our Advertisers of the Month.
Coca-Cola saw its Ad Awareness score rise by 10.7 percentage points, from 13.6% on November 7th to 24.3% on November 30th.
On second place is Elgiganten which had an increase of 8.1 percentage points, from 14.4% on November 9th to 22.5% on November 30th. Ranking third on our list is Lurpak which had an increase of 7.5 percentage points in Ad Awareness from 11.2% on November 3rd to 18.7% on November 30th, 2024.
Methodology: BrandIndex collects data on thousands of brands every day. A brand’s Ad Awareness score is based on the question: “Which of the following consumer brands have you seen an advertisement for in the past two weeks?” and delivered as a percentage. The data is based on the interviews of Danish adults aged 18+ between November 1st and November 30th, 2024. Learn more about BrandIndex.
