In Russia, the most recommended brand was Booking.com, with an average score of 90.5%. At a shared second was Toyota and Hennessy (both 86.3%). Rounding out the top five was Aviasales (85.0%) in fourth and Martini (83.8%) in fifth position.
The fast-food chain KFC is the top improver of the year, having improved its recommend score with 7.0% since last year. Second is Sprite (6.5%) and third is Tinkoff Bank (6.1%).
