July 6 is International Kissing Day, and many Americans might be celebrating. According to new data from YouGov, 16% of Americans report they’ve kissed between five and 10 people in their lives, while a nearly-equal percentage (15%) said they’ve kissed more than 50 people.

Younger millennials were significantly more likely than other age groups to have never been kissed. Nearly one in five (19%) people aged 18-24 said that they have kissed zero people. But people in this age group were also equally likely to say they’ve kissed between two and four people (19%), or five to 10 people (19%). Understandably, older people were likely to have kissed more people; Those 55 or older were significantly more likely than their younger counterparts to have kissed more than 50 people.

Men and women tended to have largely similar responses to the question. Men were 5% more likely than women to say they had kissed 50+ people – 18% of men chose this answer compared to 13% of women.
