1. Conditions of participation
By completing the questionnaire "Residential tenant survey of the property owner" and by submitting your consent to participate, you take part in the prize draw and expressly accept these conditions of participation.
2. Eligibility to participate
Participation in the competition of the property owner is free of charge and independent of any purchase or utilisation of a paid service. Participation does not grant any entitlement to the conclusion of legal transactions. Participation in the prize draw is independent of the answers in the survey.
All persons who have completed the survey are eligible to participate. Employees of the property owner and YouGov Schweiz AG, competition associations, automated services and other professionalized /commercial participants are excluded from participation. Only one competition entry per person is permitted.
3. Exclusion from participation
The property owner reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition with immediate effect if misuse and/or violations of these conditions of participation are suspected/detected or if there are other important reasons for exclusion. Any winnings may be subsequently cancelled or reclaimed by the property owner.
4. Prize
The specific prize can be found on the invitation to the survey and in the disclaimer in the survey. Only one prize can be won per person. The prize cannot be exchanged.
5. Competition procedure
Participation in the competition takes place by submitting the completed participation form at the end of the "Residential tenant survey of the property owner" survey during the interview phase specified by the property owner and YouGov. The prize draw will be carried out by YouGov Schweiz AG after the closing date for entries and will not be open to the public. The winner(s) of the prize will be contacted personally by YouGov Schweiz AG. The names of the winners will not be published publicly.
6. Data protection
Your personal data will only be used by YouGov Schweiz AG to contact you if you win and will be deleted after the project has ended. By submitting your data, you agree that YouGov Schweiz will forward your data to the property owner in the event of a win. 7. Final provisions
If there are important reasons, the property owner is entitled to suspend, cancel, extend or prematurely terminate the competition. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition. Legal recourse is excluded.
8. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law shall apply exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is the place of jurisdiction of the property owner. The place of jurisdiction is stated in the disclaimer in the survey.
