Factors such as customer experience, brand image, brand values, emotion and consumer personality play a pivotal role in determining whether someone is likely to recommend your brand or not.
In Finland, the most recommended brand was Fiskars, with an average score of 83.7%. But competition for the top spot was fierce – and several car brands came close to Fiskars. Toyota coming in at a close second with a score of 83.0%. In third and fourth position were Mercedes-Benz (82.0%) and littala (81.6%). Kia came in fifth, rounding out the top five with 81.4%.
The travel company VR is the top improver of the year, having improved its recommend score with 8.1% since last year. The positive change might be attributed to the climate debate and its influence on the Finnish travelers.
